Synopsis of Edwin Boyd

The film tells the story of a kind WWII veterinarian turned bank robber. In the post-war context, Eddie Boyd's dream of becoming a star in Hollywood ran counter to the need to take care of his young family. So he discovers a way to do both at the same time - robbing banks Hollywood style, but his ideas lead him down a dangerous and tragic path.
