Synopsis of Treading Water
Casey (Angela Redman) is a worker who works on the dock. On weekdays, she lives on a fishing boat with her girlfriend Alex (Nina Landey). Casey and Alex have been dating for a long time, and they have a very good relationship. Every day, they can be heard laughing and talking in the fishing boat with the warm lights on. However, as Christmas approaches, Kathy's inner peace gradually disappears. The past full of guilt and regret clings to her tightly. The paradise in the fishing boat can no longer soothe her inner throbbing. Cathy decides to leave the fishing boat and return to her real world. Christmas is coming, and a gift brought by Olson (Shawn Nee) pushed the entire plot to a climax.
