Synopsis of The Winning Season
"Season of Honor" is a semi-autobiographical work by director Jim, starring Sam Rockwell, Emma Roberts and Rob Corddry. Sam plays a high school girls basketball coach in the film. The story tells the story of a divorced basketball coach who has a very bad relationship with his daughter. The coach recently received a new task: taking over the local high school girls basketball team. After taking over this task, as the team gradually got on track, his friendship with a girl on the team made him gradually recognize his shortcomings, and he determined to be a better person. "Season of Honor" has participated in the Sundance Film Festival, and the film will be screened on a small scale in Los Angeles and New York on September 3.
