Synopsis of A Streetcar Named Desire

The film is adapted from the play of the same name by the famous playwright Tennessee Williams. Blanche (Vivien Leigh), a "Southern belle" who still has the flavor of a MILF, came to New Orleans to join her sister after being dismissed from her position as a governess due to "inappropriate" behavior. The sister lives in a filthy apartment, and her husband Stanley (Marlon Brando) is the son of Polish immigrants. He has a rough and rude personality, and is addicted to alcohol and gambling.
