Synopsis of East Side Sushi
Juana, a Mexican single mother who has worked at a fruit stall for many years, has superb knife skills and fast cooking speed, but she has never been able to use them. Attracted by the exquisiteness and dedication of Japanese cuisine, Juana decided to resign and work in a Japanese restaurant. Just when she finally mastered the skills and wanted to show off her skills, she discovered that being a female sushi chef was also Mexican and was not recognized by the world.
