Synopsis of The Illegal

This is a story that happens every day. A Mexican farmer sneaks across the border to California, working hard and saving money to send his family back home. This perhaps ordinary story becomes particularly powerful and realistic in the hands of American independent filmmaker Robert M. Young. "Illegal Immigrants" is not as sentimental as other similar movies, but it investigates their living conditions in a detailed and vivid way, completing a gripping road trip.
