Synopsis of The Three Musketeers

The story takes place in France in the seventeenth century. Anna (Angela Lansbury) accidentally transferred the jewelry given to her by the king (Frank Morgan) to her lover Buckingham. Duke. Minister Richelieu discovered this and regarded it as a great opportunity to display his ambitions. The ordinary young man D'Artagnan (played by Gene Kelly) wants to join the King's Musketeers. In an accident, he meets the three musketeers Athos (played by Van Heflin), Porthos (Gig Young) and Aramis (Robert Coote). D'Artagnan joined them, and the destination of the four was England. They wanted to recover the Duke of Buckingham's jewels before the king discovered the truth of the incident.
