Synopsis of The Recruit

James (Colin Farrell) successfully passed the CIA's initial review as a top student, and entered the training base with other elite students to receive special training. The CIA sent its most experienced ace agent Walter (Al Pacino) to train these young people. In the almost cold-blooded various cruel trainings, James, the best performer, was inexplicably eliminated.
