Synopsis of A Kind of Loving

The ordinary young man Victor (Alan Bates) falls in love with his colleague Ingrid (June Richie) June Ritchie), the two get along like most couples in the world. One day, Ingrid told Victor that she was pregnant with his child, and the two decided to join hands in getting married. During their first marriage, Victor and Ingrid lived a very happy and loving life, but since neither of them had a house, they had to live with Ingrid's mother. Ingrid's mother is a very nosy woman who interferes in all matters at home, so she often has conflicts with Victor. Whenever the two quarrel, Ingrid often takes her mother's side. while blaming Victor, much to the latter's dismay. As time went by, a rift developed in the relationship between the couple.
