Synopsis of Phone

Female reporter Jin Hui (played by Ha Ji-won) was harassed by gangsters because she exposed a scandal, so she had no choice but to change her mobile phone number. But things more terrifying than harassment happened one after another. First, there was a text message from an unknown number "If you love me, please answer the call." Then there was the scream and mania of the daughter of her friend (played by Lee Mi-yeon) after she answered the phone by mistake. She was completely different from before. Various strange things even happened to my friend’s daughter: she wanted to kill her mother, and she always wanted to monopolize her father. Jin Hui continues to investigate, and the truth about the selfishness of the living and the paranoia of the dead comes to light one by one.
