Synopsis of Home Before Dark
Charlotte Bronn (Jean Simmons) finally returned home from the mental hospital. A year ago, she became suspicious because she suspected that her stepmother's daughter Joan Carlisle (Rhonda Fleming) was having an affair with her husband Arnold Bronn (Dan O'Herlihy).
