Synopsis of Hail Mary
1985 French fantasy drama film by Jean-Luc Godard. Godard's reinterpretation of the biblical story: Mary's pregnancy is moved to the 1980s. Mary is a student who loves to play basketball and helps her father look after the gas station in her spare time; her boyfriend Joseph is a taxi driver. Angels arrived in a jet and told her she would be pregnant with Jesus. Her pregnancy caused great confusion for both of them.
